Overview
매장이 늘어날수록 매출 현황은 엑셀로, 근무 일정은 메신저로, 공지는 또 다른 곳으로 흩어집니다. SRM은 그 세 가지를 한곳에 모아, 본사와 매장이 같은 화면을 보고 일하게 합니다.
브랜드와 매장을 구분해 권한을 부여하므로, 매장 직원은 자기 매장만, 본사는 담당 브랜드 전체를 봅니다.
As store counts grow, sales figures end up in spreadsheets, shift schedules in messenger threads, and announcements somewhere else again. SRM brings all three together so head office and stores work from the same screen.
Access is scoped by brand and store, so store staff see their own store while head office sees the brands they are responsible for.
